Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, I completely understand that last-minute things happen! For first-time late cancellations, I offer a little grace, but repeat cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a 30% fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service.
